The vase is of flattened pear shape. Both sides of the shoulders are set with loop handles with attached rings. Each side is moulded with a ruyi -shaped panel enclosing a peony scroll divided by flower heads on the shoulder. The body is supported on a flared foot encircled by a key-fret border and surmounted by a flared neck encircled by upright leaves.
The whole and deep recessed base is covered with an olive green glaze leaving the footring unglazed

EF 41 明 龍泉青瓷 牡丹紋雙耳瓶
時代：明朝，西元15至16世紀。
特徵：梨形瓶身，兩耳帶環。雙側外壁均有凸雕如意形開光，內嵌牡丹花紋，瓶頸處則飾蕉葉紋。通體施橄欖綠釉，底座深凹且圈足無釉。
尺寸：高13.2公分。
