The well carved figure is standing on a rock with one foot forward, his body slightly bent while looking down at a basket of fish held in both his hands. He has a large straw hat strapped to his back and is wearing open robes exposing his bare chest. He carries a pipe on his back fastened by a ribbon belt and secured loosely at the waist.
