Kangxi period (1662-1722)
The small brushpot is in the form of a gnarled pine tree trunk covered with an aubergine glaze with incised details to suggest natural wood . The outside is moulded with a parrot perched on a branch, the bird and pine needles covered in a turquoise glaze and with finely incised details.
The base is left unglazed.

MFE 18 清康熙 茄皮紫孔雀藍釉筆筒
時代：清 康熙，1662至1722年。
特徵：筆筒呈松樹樹幹的形狀，外部浮雕一隻棲息在樹枝上的鸚鵡。鸚鵡與松針均有精美的雕刻細節並施孔雀藍釉。
尺寸：高10.5公分。
