A famille-rose bowl

Hongxian mark and period (c. 1916)

The bowl with rounded sides, flaring rim and straight foot is decorated around the exterior in delicate enamels over the pure white glaze with flowers, peaches, fruiting branches and lingzhi growing from rock work. The base is inscribed with a four-character mark in iron-red.
